Buffalo Turkey Smoked Sausage Dip

Ingredients
1 package Eckrich Turkey Smoked Sausage, finely diced
Carrots, for dipping
Handful celery, diced small, and celery sticks for dipping
1 tub cream cheese
5 tbs Sour Cream
Handful blue cheese crumbles
4 tbs Hot Sauce
Corn Chips for dipping
Directions
1. LIGHTLY BROWN: Sausage in skillet or medium pot.
2. REDUCE HEAT, STIR IN: Cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce until smooth.
3. TOP: With blue cheese and celery right before serving.
4. DIP AND MUNCH: Carrots, celery, or chips.
5. REPEAT: Step 4 until the delicious dip has been wiped clean from the bowl.
